Overnight City Fit-Out

A full office fit-out installed overnight across two night shifts in the City of London, in the shadow of St Paul's, completed and site cleared before the working week began.

The Challenge

The office needed a complete fit-out, including desks, meeting pods, storage and a boardroom, without disrupting day-to-day operations. With no suitable daytime installation window, the project had to be completed overnight.

Our Approach

Our installation team worked across two consecutive night shifts, delivering the full fit-out while the office was closed. Working in the heart of the City, every element was carefully coordinated and installed so the site was fully completed and cleared before the working day began.

The Result

A clean, fully finished handover ready for Monday morning. No disruption, no downtime, just a complete office ready for the team to walk into.

Corporate Relocation & Fit-Out

What looks like a straightforward office installation often involves significant coordination behind the scenes: multiple suppliers, carefully scheduled deliveries, warehouse phasing and installation teams that need to be fully briefed before arriving on site.

Our Approach

A dedicated project manager took responsibility for the whole process, managing suppliers, phasing deliveries into the warehouse and briefing the installation team ahead of site. Keeping every stage coordinated and communication clear kept the project on track from goods-in through to installation.

The Result

A smooth, well-coordinated installation delivered from goods-in through to final fit, completed efficiently and to a high standard, with full credit to the installation team on the ground for the quality of the finish.

Education Campus, North East

A complete furniture installation across two brand-new buildings, covering lecture theatres, breakout areas, kitchens and staff areas over three floors in each. Our team worked on site in phases over around three weeks to hand both buildings over ready for use.

The Challenge

Two brand-new buildings with three floors each, and a wide mix of spaces to furnish: lecture theatres, breakout areas, kitchens and staff areas. Every room needed to be installed, checked and ready for use.

Our Approach

We planned the work area by area and floor by floor, with our team on site on and off over around three weeks. Deliveries and installation were sequenced so the team could work through each building in order.

The Result

Both buildings handed over complete, with every lecture theatre, breakout space, kitchen and staff area installed and ready for students and staff.
