Everything from single-pod fitting to nationwide office rollouts. Installation, logistics, storage and project management, all delivered by one CHAS Elite accredited, CSCS certified team.
Professional assembly of desks, chairs, storage and full office fit-outs, delivered and built.
Office furniture installation is the core of what we do, from a single boardroom to a full multi-floor fit-out. A site lead walks the space with you first and confirms the layout, power and cable routes before the team starts. Furniture is then built to specification and positioned room by room, with cable management handled as we go rather than left to the end. The job closes with a full snag walk and a clean, packaging-free handover, so the space is ready to work in the moment we leave.
Installation of acoustic booths and office pods from all major manufacturers, across the UK, Holland and Belgium.
Pods arrive on pallets in panels and leave as finished, tested rooms. Our teams are trained on every major pod and booth brand, so build sequence, glazing, electrics and ventilation are all handled to that manufacturer's own specification. Once assembled, we run a full function test on lighting, power sockets and air handling before signing the unit off. We cover single-pod jobs and multi-unit rollouts alike.
Ongoing maintenance and repair to keep your pods safe, functional and compliant.
A pod is a piece of equipment, not a fixture. Door seals, electrics, glazing and ventilation all wear with daily use and need checking to stay safe and compliant. We run scheduled service visits across your estate, handle warranty repairs and parts replacement when something has worn out, and offer on-demand call-outs for anything that needs fixing between visits. Contracts can be set up nationwide and sized to however many units you look after.
End-to-end office relocation: we plan it, move it and rebuild it in your new space.
A relocation is planned around your business, not the other way round. We agree a moving window that avoids operational downtime, then pack, label and transport furniture and equipment out of the old space and rebuild it in the new one to the agreed layout. One project lead runs the whole thing, from the first site walk to the last desk in place, so nothing falls between suppliers, fitters and the calendar.
Secure warehousing with live inventory management and nationwide delivery when you need it.
When a project can't land in one go, we hold the stock so you don't have to. Furniture comes into our warehouse, is logged against a live inventory, and stays there until each site or phase is ready for it. From there we pick, pack and distribute against the schedule you set, one site or fourteen, tracked on the same system throughout, so you always know what has arrived, what is in the warehouse and what is still to go out.
We collect, deliver and place your goods exactly where they need to go.
This is the delivery that reaches the room, not just the loading bay. A trained two-person team collects your goods, brings them into the building, up the lift or stairs and into the space they belong in, then positions each piece to plan. It is ideal for seating, banquette seating and loose furniture that needs careful handling and accurate placement. Every item is checked off against the order as it goes in, and every drop is signed for, so there is a clear record of what arrived, where and when.
Pre-install surveys covering access routes, lift sizes and loading bays, so delivery day runs to plan.
Before anything is booked in, we walk the route the furniture will take through the building: loading bay, corridors, lift dimensions, doorways and any tight turns. Anything that could hold up delivery on the day, from a narrow stairwell to a booked-out loading bay, is flagged and planned around in advance. That survey feeds a site-specific method statement, so the install team knows exactly what to expect before a van is loaded.
Full oversight from brief to sign-off, with a dedicated project lead and live reporting.
One person owns the project end to end, rather than the work being split across separate points of contact. That means coordinating suppliers, phasing deliveries into the warehouse, briefing fitters ahead of install and keeping you updated as the job moves. Risk assessments and method statements are written before work starts, and progress, photos and sign-off records are available through our client portal, so you always know where the job stands without having to chase.
Old furniture and booth disassembly with responsible packaging removal and disposal.
Once new furniture is in, the old has to go, and a site isn't finished until it does. We disassemble and remove existing furniture and pods, strip out the packaging generated by the new install, and take it all off site in the same visit. As a licensed waste carrier, everything is sorted, recycled responsibly wherever possible and disposed of with the correct paperwork, so there is a clean audit record if you need one.
If your project doesn't fit a standard category, we build a bespoke solution around it.
Some projects don't fit neatly into one service: a one-off logistics run, project photography and documentation, or a custom sequence of trades across a single site. We scope those on their own terms, understand the brief, work out what needs to happen and in what order, and build a plan around it using the same teams, accreditations and standards as everything else we deliver.
We review the brief and, where needed, survey the site: access, lifts and loading bays, before we quote.
A project lead is assigned, risk assessments are written and deliveries are phased against your programme.
CSCS certified teams deliver and build on site, working around your hours where needed.
Snagging, site clearance and a documented handover, with photos and records on request.
Tell us the scope and we'll come back with a clear, all-in quote, usually the same day.
